These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ayecghana.org (the "Site") operated by Adonai Young Entrepreneurs Co-operative Credit Union ("AYECCU", "we", "us", "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access the Site or use any services.

1. Use of the Site

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Site for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Ghana.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AYECCU and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

3. Prohibited Uses

AYECCU does not warrant that a) the Site will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Site will meet your requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AYECCU, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
